Supports in Sync was founded with a clear vision: to empower and support people living with disabilities through the NDIS.

Our Director, Bhuwan Khadka — a former Local Area Coordinator —  has built a diverse, passionate team of professionals from across the disability support sector.


Our Team


We are proud to work with a group of highly experienced individuals, including:

  • Staff who have worked extensively in remote Communities in Aged and Disability Care

Meet The Supports In Sync Team

Managing Director

As a former Local Area Coordinator (LAC), Bhuwan has substantial experience working with people living with disabilities and can bring a valuable perspective to the organisation. Bhuwan founded Supports in Sync by a profound commitment to enhancing disability services through NDIS expertise and a dedication to cultural diversity.


Bhuwan is also a Principal Trainer, he leveraged his skills to empower others, ensuring that knowledge translates into meaningful support for those in need. At the core of his mission lies the goal to create a more inclusive society, utilizing his proficiency in multiple languages and understanding of diverse communities to make a tangible difference in the lives of many.


Bhuwan speaks Nepali, Hindi and English.

SIL Coordinator

A compassionate and empathic person who goes above and beyond to support people living with disabilities. Sunee has a background in accounting, hospitality, customer service, and the disability sector. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives by fostering their independence and guiding them to reach their full potential.


Sunee earned her Diploma of Community Services in 2010 and began working in disability as a support worker in 2018. Sunee possesses strong work ethics, exceptional customer service, and a person-centered approach.


Sunee speaks Nepali, Hindi and English.

Compliance Officer

Annette has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years, with experience as a Home and Community Project Manager, a Local Area Coordinator, a Support Coordinator, and as a writer of NDIS industry blogs for two years. 


These roles were held with Mission Australia partners in the community, as well as other disability organisations. Her strengths lie in research, and she has developed a strong interest in NDIS compliance, making her a natural fit for the role of Compliance Officer within the company.


Driven by a passion for individual rights, Annette consistently advocates for marginalised individuals, striving to promote autonomy for those who need it most.
