At Supports In Sync, we're a group of compassionate people who are committed to sharing their experience and knowledge to bring you an impeccable service and improve your quality of life.
We welcome everyone with open arms and aim to create an environment of trust and inclusivity. With a Director who is part of the CALD community, assisting people who are culturally and linguistically diverse is part of our ethos. Our Disability and Aged Care Support Workers and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches are former Local Area Coordinators, Support Workers and parents of children with disability, and together we have many decades of experience in the disability and aged care sectors.
Meet The Supports In Sync Team
Our Director
Bhuwan Khadka is a certified workplace trainer and support coordinator who is dedicated to humanitarian work. Since Bhuwan speaks Nepali, Hindi and English, he is personally invested in bridging cultural and linguistic gaps that prevent non-English speakers from enjoying the numerous benefits of the NDIS. As a former local area coordinator (LAC), Bhuwan also has substantial experience working with people with disabilities, and is able to bring a valuable perspective to the organisation.
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
With a lifelong interest in consciousness, behaviour, and how we experience life, Carsten has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them overcome challenges such as depression, addiction, trauma, and anxiety.
His extensive research and clinical training, combined with his attendance of workshops and seminars, have equipped him with a range of philosophies and therapies to provide personalized support to each of his clients. He is highly keen on helping NDIS participants achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life.
NDIS & Mental Health First Aid Trainer
Sean brings a wealth of experience spanning over 23 years across the Disability, Aged Care, and Mental Health sectors. Beginning his journey as a support worker, Sean has since held varied roles with organisations such as Senses, Nulsens and Mosaic Community Care.
Previously, Sean founded his own consultancy, training and advocacy business in Melbourne, catering to the Mental Health, Disability, and Aged Care sectors. Now settled back in Perth, Sean remains committed to his mission, continuing to offer courses in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Leadership Development, Risk Management, and Personal Development.
