We build a friendly support team around you to assist with personal care such as bathing, getting dressed, help with eating and drinking, toileting and personal grooming. We even help you move around the house with ease if you require assistance with mobility. Group Activities

Everyone deserves to participate in the activities and social programs that make the most of their interests and abilities. At Supports in Sync, we have a range of group activities that help to develop social skills while having fun at the same time. Our activities are facilitated by friendly support workers, providing all the encouragement and assistance you need to build on your talents and make new friends.

Community Nursing

Our community nurses provide exceptional care tailored to your unique needs, including very complex care requirements and high intensity needs. Our team of enrolled and registered nurses is experienced in managing a wide range of nursing tasks, including medication management, complex care coordination, PEG feeding, wound care and continence support. We understand the importance of delivering professional and reliable care within the comfort of your own home, in shared accommodation and in the community.
